Terms of Use

These terms describe use of Tavemir, published from Türkiye. Tavemir is a personal record-keeping and organization tool, not a bank, lender, payment service, investment platform, credit bureau or financial adviser.

1. Using Tavemir

By using Tavemir, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Tavemir is published by TURGAY YÜKSEL in Türkiye; questions can be sent to dasguardcore.notify@gmail.com.

2. What Tavemir does

Tavemir organizes information you enter about budgets, spending, accounts, bills, cards, debts, loans, receivables and related reminders. Period totals and comparisons depend on your entries. You choose the calendar month, expense category and increase or decrease percentage. Tavemir applies that percentage to the recorded category spending to show a hypothetical amount, not achieved savings or a recommended target. There is no default advice percentage, personalized spending recommendation or financial-health rating. Period totals, comparisons and other record-based calculations and forecasts remain available. Tavemir does not access bank accounts, move money, lend funds, make investment decisions, negotiate bills or verify whether an obligation has legally been paid.

3. Your responsibility

Check amounts, dates, currency and reminder settings before relying on them.
Keep any exported backup, PDF or CSV secure.
Maintain independent records for tax, legal, contractual or business obligations.
Do not use Tavemir for unlawful activity or to store information you are not entitled to process.

4. Notifications and calculations

Operating systems may delay, suppress or revoke notification delivery. Device shutdown, battery restrictions, permissions and vendor software can affect reminders. Currency totals never perform foreign-exchange conversion; Tavemir separates supported currencies. Budget and forecasting views are organizational estimates, not financial advice or guarantees.

5. Free plan and optional Premium purchases

Tavemir can be downloaded and used on its Free plan without ads. Optional Premium products are sold and billed by Google Play. Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in Google Play. Lifetime is a non-consumable one-time purchase tied to the purchasing Google account. The app displays the localized price supplied by Google Play; taxes, currency and availability can vary by country.

Smart Entry text input is free. Free allows 10 image documents saved each UTC calendar month; the allowance counts documents rather than rows. Failed or canceled actions do not reduce it.

A pending or canceled payment does not grant new access. Restore checks active Google Play ownership. If a subscription expires or is canceled, existing finance records remain available to view, edit, export in Free-supported formats, or delete; Tavemir does not erase them. Adding income and expenses, viewing your full history and editing records remain free. Free limits apply to category budgets, active cards, active loans plus unpaid debts, active recurring reminders and saved Smart Entry image documents. Manual record entry and Smart Entry text input remain free. Refunds, payment methods and subscription cancellation are handled under Google Play's policies and applicable law.

Review access is a locally verified Premium grant, not a Tavemir account or Google Play purchase. It can be removed on the Review access screen. Do not share a private access code.

Optional local Premium trial

The optional local Premium trial starts only when you choose “Start 14-day trial”. It lasts 336 hours from that moment. No card or Google Play purchase is required. This in-app trial is not a Google Play subscription and does not automatically become a paid subscription. You then continue on Free: you can still add income and expenses, view your full history and edit your records. Existing records and reminders are kept. After the trial ends, creating new PDFs from your own records requires Premium. The Free limits above apply to the listed capacities and saved image documents; manual income/expense entry and Smart Entry text input remain free. Viewing the fictional sample PDF remains available on Free. Monthly/yearly subscriptions and the one-time Lifetime purchase remain separate Google Play purchases. If you confirm one during the local trial, its paid terms apply immediately, not after the trial. Trial access is not a purchase and cannot be restored as one. Device clock anomalies may suspend or end the trial.

6. Availability and changes

The publisher may fix, improve or discontinue features while respecting applicable law and release commitments. A local app cannot be guaranteed to remain error-free or available on every device. We do not promise uninterrupted service, specific financial outcomes or compatibility with every exported-file recipient.

7. Intellectual property

Tavemir's brand, software, interface and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms give you a personal, limited right to use the distributed app; they do not transfer ownership.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Tavemir is provided without guarantees of financial, legal, tax or investment results. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. You remain responsible for decisions made using your records.
